This driving to Rivonia every day is starting to drain the life out of me … slowly but surely… the N1 is a complete disaster from 6:30 – 9:00. Any other road is a mission, and i the end will take just as long. The only option left is leaving at 5:30 in the morning… but then I’ll be sitting outside the building twiddling my thumbs.. so I guess I am just going to have to entertain myself in my car for 2 hours every morning..

…and that’s exactly what I’ve been doing. I don’t think I’ve listened to so much music in such a short span in a long time! I started listening to these “teachings” if you want to call it that, tackling a topic which I will get into more detail later… maybe..

So in the end … I can only be thankful for the fact that on Friday it’s over, and Monday it’s back to normal. I’ve always been a sucker for routine.

Okay, what is up with the traffic the last 3 days? I hate traffic, and although I’ve adapted my life to fit in with it, just like just about any other Johannesburger, it still is something I try to avoid. I get into my car and leave every morning at 5:45 AM. sharp. I know this is #$^$@# early, but it is a price worth paying to avoid traffic, but the last few days it’s as if the entire city decided to leave 30min earlier to go to work? WTF???

Agreed, had it not been for the traffic I’ve been driving in for the most part of my life, I would not have the astounding knowledge in music, like I have now. So it DOES have it’s advantages. But, there is simply nothing worse than to start your day with a nice 90minutes drive on 25 Kilometers.
